Great first time experienceEnjoyed the patties as the standout. Thin, crispy fried dough with an amazing seal holds the moist beef.Service was also excellent and the restaurant is clean and organized overall.

What a fantastic first time having Tibetan food here. The service was so friendly and welcoming. I came here on my lunch break and the server/owner was very accommodating to my time limit. The food was so delicious - especially the pan fried pork momos. The corn soup was also really good - and the chilli oil was perfect. I will definitely be returning.

We came here on a friend’s recommendation and are delighted, ended up coming twice in a week, bringing more friends with us to try the nice food served here. The restaurant is In what is popularly called Little Tibet. The place is small, about 8-10 tables, and the largest seating is for 6 people. Neat, bright, and cosy interiors are welcoming. The staff is friendly, always smiling, so easy to speak to.The food is simply amazing. The flavours, scents and colours are irresistible. We’ve tried the momos (both steamed and fried, veg/non-veg), fried noodles, meat … each dish is better than the other. The salted Himalayan butter tea was a lovely surprise and I can’t get enough of it.The food can be spicy, I love it, but do let them know in advance based on your tolerance.A gem of a place, will definitely visit again.

It was recommended by a friend for Delhi type momos and it has not disappointed. We have been here twice in two weeks. The food, service and ambience are all great. It has a good vegetarian menu as well. All of the food is great but I would highly recommend the pan fried noodles, the platter of momos, pork schezuan and the gyan thuk noodles. If you are someone who likes different flavors, do try the butter tea.Overall it checks all the boxes of a great place.

I recently went to this place after seeing a reel on Instagram. I wanted to eat some authentic Tibetan momos and Himalayan cuisine, since I come from that part of the world and this place did not disappoint me one bit. I was very satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. I ordered Shambhala Kitchen's special (must try), chicken momo and chicken fried rice. All of them were delicious. Will be coming back again to try other types of momos and other options. The service provided was also excellent. I was welcomed with a warm smile and they kept on checking if I was enjoying my food. Cheers to everyone working there for such a great experience.I only felt the dip provided with the momos were bit bland. If that can be spiced up a bit, the momos will start tasting even better.

I’ve been to Shambala twice and both times their service has been top notch, it feels like a family run business yet keeping up to the industry’s highest standards. Parking is available in several walkable distances. We’ve had their spicy garlic fries which are amazing. Their vegetarian chowmein and momos are also great! They give an authentic Tibetan taste in their servings and do a great job in their portion sizes too. Keep it up!

Wasn’t too impressed with the food, but the service was great and made the overall experience better. I was expecting way better from a 4.9 rated restaurant.Food wasn’t bad but it was mediocre. Chilli fries was delicious. Best fries in the city. Chilli fries was the best thing i had in a long time, that good!Chilli chicken was the biggest disappointment. Never get the gravy chicken. It was watered down fried chicken. I am not sure why they would even have that as an option.Momos looked better than they tasted. The beef was overcooked. The Manchurian sauce didnt feel that flavourful.Beef patties were ok. Crispy but the meat was also missing flavour.Maybe we went on a bad day.
